  testimonial    
A success story or positive review of a product or service.  Many websites display testimonials of satisfied clients, patients or consumers.  Testimonials are a way of establishing credibility through a form of 'word of mouth'.  It's important when putting testimonials on your website or any other form of promotion that the success or positive experience is actually real.  People reading testimonials will ultimately be able to tell if you are lying.

A phase of any production or process where it is tried out to ensure it works without fail.  Many programs are beta-tested my hundreds or more people before being placed in the hands of the general public.   A Beta-Test is the final phase of testing before general or commercial release.  Advertisements, pay per click campaigns and landing pages are a;; parts of Internet advertising and marketing that should involve testing.

A hyperlink on a website that is written in text.  The text which is linked or sometimes the text near the actual hyperlink is called a text link.  The words or text of this link is also called anchor text.  The text in the link should tell the user a little (very little) about the document they will be viewing if they click on the link.  Search Engines use the text link to tell them something about the document to which it is linked. In terms of relevance and ranking it's important the the text link and the referred document share a common theme.

A tier is a level.  In multi-level marketing tier is use to describe the level of 'upline' or 'downline' an individual represents in reltion to you.  A tier is anything that is placed in rown one above or beneath the other.
