Any hyperlink directing visitors to your website from a site exterior to your own is called an external link.  Links going to and from locations from within a website are called internal links.

ezine    
Short for Electronic Magazine.  An online magazine.  This is a web site that patterns itself after a print magazine.  Some e-zine (ezine) websites are electronic versions of regular print magazines such as "The New Yorker".  Others are magazines developed and maintained only online.

An ezine can be sent to subscribers through email much in the same way a printed magazine is sent through the regular post.  Including advertisements in an e-zine is called ezine advertising or ezine marketing.
